You want to learn Health and Beauty Aztec Secrets?
Since the time that I heard about this product! The Aztec Secret Indian
Healing Clay has many great reviews on the web and it was about time I made up
my own mind.
I had a little trouble finding it, it is regularly out of stock on Iherb,
victim of its success.
So I waited wisely and I was finally able to order it and I use it now
for a few months.
It, therefore, joins my collection of ugly but effective products, in the
same way as the famous Egyptian Magic
that I still love as much (always having a pot of Egyptian Magic at
home).
What is the Indian Healing Clay from Aztec Secret?
Aztec clay mask every day
It is bentonite clay-based on 100% natural calcium, which has the
distinction of being naturally very charged with negative ions.
How do you use Aztec secret health and beauty?
These negative ions will attract toxins and purify the skin.
It is in the form of a very fine powder of green / greyish color.
The benefits of bentonite clay are numerous, it is used in particular
for:
the treatment of acne
clay baths to detoxify hoganism
foot baths (to relax and regulate perspiration)
on the joints to relieve pain
soothing against insect bites
or against itching due to eczema, psoriasis, chickenpox…
and many other uses including internal use to relieve digestive
disorders.
Aztec clay mask benefits
We will stay on cosmetic use, I have not tested it otherwise (already
that I can not swallow a simple Smecta so good?…).
It is therefore used as a mask on the skin or even the hair for those
with an oily scalp. I have not tested on the scalp yet, it may come, I will give
you a little update at that time.
How to use Indian Healing Clay?
To make a mask, we mix clay (about 2 teaspoons to make the face) with as
much apple cider vinegar or water. When mixing, the consistency should not be
too liquid or too thick.
Attention, it is very important
not to use a metal utensil to make the mixture, this would decrease the
effectiveness of the mask.

Apply to the face and leave on for 5 to 10 minutes for delicate skin, up
to 20 minutes for others, then rinse thoroughly.
My opinion on the Indian Healing Clay
I think only good!
At first, I was very worried that my sensitive skin could not support it,
so I started with water, then went on to diluted vinegar and then to pure
vinegar. When mixing we observe a reaction, it makes small bubbles.
When the mask started to act and dry I clearly felt my skin tighten and
"pulsate".
Be careful, when removing the mask you have to rewet the skin to remove
it more easily otherwise you will get irritated.
How much is Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay?
Breakout after an Aztec clay mask
When I take off the mask, my skin is pretty red. The first time I was a
little afraid of having endured badly, but it is actually a recognized effect
which disappears by itself in less than half an hour. That said, we avoid doing
this mask in the morning before going to work :).
The skin seems purified, very soft, and overuse it is clear that the
buttons are becoming increasingly rare. I have acne-prone skin and especially
hormonal pimples.
The Indian Healing Clay clearly had a visible effect and made a big
difference.
Now I use it regularly on the T-zone and occasionally on the chin where
the ugly hormonal pimples appear, after a steam bath to open the pores of the
skin. I have a distinct impression that clay makes the hormonal pimples
deflate faster than any other product I have been able to use (I would have to
update my article on adult acne).
However, I use it more rarely on the whole face, my cheeks being dry and
sensitive, and I feel less the need for it.

In the end, do I validate? Yes, 100%. Having tried the ultra-expensive
commercial masks like Glam Glow, I entirely prefer this one in terms of
efficiency and price. I put it in my top 3 with my beloved La Grande Mentheuse
and The Fab Pore which are the masks that I have bought regularly for years.
The Indian Healing Clay jar lasts a very long time because you need
little product to make a classic mask.
If you want to buy it and you have like me the first Amazon reflex, think
carefully because it is actually much more expensive than on iherb, I strongly
recommend you to go through the latter (very safe site, I order from years).
Straight from the Amazon, this calcium bentonite clay, naturally charged
with negative ions allowing to catch all the toxins present on the skin, is
very beneficial for the beauty routine. It has been used for years mainly for anti-acne
masks, but, recently, beauty addicts and YouTubers have found other benefits
that will radically change your skin. To get it again, it's here!

In the event that you have never heard of it, you may be surprised to
hear the various ways of using Aztec Healing Clay for the well-being of your
body.

If you feel tired, stressed, it is important to rest by performing, as
often as possible, very beneficial beauty masks to regain healthier and more
beautiful skin. For this, clay is a great way to help. You will need to combine
2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons of Aztec Healing Clay.
Apply the mask in a thick and uniform layer on the face. Let it dry for about
10 to 15 minutes until you feel a slight tingling. Rinse off with lukewarm water
then pat dry. Repeat the tip 1 to 2 times a week.
Skin infections are very present on your skin. They tend to damage your
cells and prevent you from regaining beautiful skin. In order to eliminate
toxins, bacteria, blemishes, and redness once and for all, it is strongly
recommended to mix, in a bowl, 3 tablespoons of Aztec Healing Clay with 3
tablespoons of water to get a clay mask. Apply it for 15 minutes on the desired
areas by wrapping it in a plastic film then rinse with lukewarm water.
It's coveted and desired the moment you've been waiting for since the start of the day: the bath. The little moment just for you, accompanied by a good series, a small glass of wine - you
still have to have fun from time to time - and hot water to wake up your body.
For an even more relaxing bath, you can add 1 to 2 cups of Aztec Healing Clay
to your bathwater, and soak for about 20 minutes. This will attract toxins out
of your body and give you a real moment of pleasure.
Does Aztec clay really work?
So far, your deodorant is causing itching, redness, or even allergic
reactions. To have a more natural and better one for your sensitive skin, we
recommend that you use Aztec. To do this, mix 2 tablespoons of Aztec Healing
Clay, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 6 tablespoons of coconut oil, 5 tablespoons
of starch powder, 2 teaspoons of butter shea, and 10 drops of essential oil of
your choice. Let the mixture cool and then, in terms of application, you just
need to take a small amount on your finger and place it under your armpits.
